Registration Forms

To join the KDA, our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (their first and last name, email address, mailing address, and postal code).  Contact information from the registration form is used to advise of new on-line material, provide updates about research efforts, trials, as well as potential treatments and cures, and keep registered associates up to date with the latest KDA news.  No information is shared with anyone outside of KDA's management without the express consent of the individual.  

If you do not wish to receive future e-mail communication from the KDA, you can send an email message to  info@kennedysdisease.org with the word "Remove" in the subject line and we will remove your name from our distribution list.
