HOPE 5 CAMPAIGN

"Hope 5" is a campaign to raise funds for the KDA. The more money we raise, the more effective the KDA is. The KDA creates awareness. provides needed education. offers support and connections. and grants funds for research. It is our heartfelt desire to find a cure for Kennedy's Disease. We are proud to have 60 to 70 cents of every dollar donation go toward research.

"Hope 5" is designed to encourage you to donate $5.00 per month (or more if you so decide) to this very valuable mission. Five dollars is a nominal amount individually ~ BUT collectively it can grow to significant numbers. (For example: 350 members participate x $5.00 x 12 months = $21,000.)

Please send in your $5.00 donation today. It is a tax-deductible contribution in the United States.

It is our "Hope" that "$5.00" is an amount you will gladly contribute monthly to help the valuable lives Kennedy's Disease has changed.

We also ask that you encourage and invite at least 5 friends and family members to participate in "Hope 5". This will help spread the word about Kennedy's Disease and think how "Hope 5" could grow exponentially with each new friend or family member becoming a supporter.
