Questionnaire Report

In Year 2002, the KDA sent a questionnaire (drafted by Patrick Griffin and Susanne Waite, reviewed by Dr. Merry and Dr. Fischbeck) to all current KDA Associates.  34 responded and the results have been painstakingly tallied by a number of volunteers who were given the questionnaires with the names removed - each questionnaire was given a number.

Susan Wiebusch spent innumerable hours drafting the below reports that are comprehensible summaries of the results.

The KDA thanks everyone who participated in this survey - from the respondents to the talliers.

These reports are in PDF format to make for quicker downloading & reading. They require the free PDF reader to read them.

Get the PDF Reader here if you do not already have it.

Please Note: Certain report sections are missing because there was no data to report or enough responses to the section to be meaningful.
