KDA Conference and Symposium: "A Reason for Hope"
October 11-13, 2006The Kennedy's Disease Association is pleased to invite you to the third KDA Conference and Symposium, "Edge of Discovery".
This year's theme is "A Reason for Hope" and we have plenty to be hopeful for with the current NIH trial. This is your chance to once again meet with many of the researchers and doctors that continually support the KDA in so many ways. the proposed agenda is shown below, but is subject to change as speakers and topics are firmed up.
The conference will officially begin Wednesday, October 11 and run through Friday, October 13. There will also be a 'Welcome Dinner' Tuesday evening for those arriving early.
A contract has been signed with the Holiday Inn - Downtown in Atlanta, Georgia and our meeting space and hotel room block has been confirmed. Hotel rooms will be at the discounted rate of $149.00 per night + tax if you mention the Kennedy's Disease Association when making your reservations. Please make your reservations early. After September 10th, the reserved rooms will be released and the discounted rate will no longer apply.
Below is a link to a reservation form that needs to be filled out and mailed to the KDA.
If your registration is received by the KDA prior to September 17, the Early Bird Conference Registration is $160.00 per person (this includes continental breakfast, a.m. and p.m. break foods/drinks and Thursday night's dinner banquet). After September 17, the cost will be $195.00 per person.
